TRIAL CLASS - $25 +HST
Good for any one (1) EMC WOD class.
Cannot be used for Athletic Development (AD) classes.
Cannot be used for Open Gym.
Must be purchased in advance of first class.
TRIAL WEEK - $75 +HST
Good for any five (5) EMC WOD classes in a consecutive 7 day period.
Cannot be used for Athletic Development (AD) classes.
Cannot be used for Open Gym.
Must be purchased in advance of first class
STEP TWO
Reserve your class so our coaches will know you are attending.
STEP THREE
Come prepared:
Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first workout and introduce yourself to the coach.
Wear comfortable work out clothing.
Bring a bottle of water and indoor shoes.
