In just one hour, you’ll get a well-rounded, full-body workout led by experienced coaches. Every class is thoughtfully structured with 4 parts : a warm-up, strength/skill work, a metabolic conditioning piece, and a cool-down.
It’s efficient, effective training designed to help you build strength, improve fitness and mobility.

Built for experienced athletes, this class focuses on advancing skills, improving performance, and developing the strategies needed for competition.
NOTE: You must have a Prime Membership or AD Class Passes to attend AD classes.
Teens class is designed to make fitness fun while building a strong foundation in movement, coordination, and confidence. Tailored for teens, we focus on age-appropriate skill development, strength, and conditioning through functional exercises. Whether your teen is new to fitness or already active in sports, our supportive and engaging environment helps them grow stronger, more agile, and more resilient—both physically and mentally.
